Senior Pastor Rick Randall and Faye Randall Rick Randall is the founding pastor of the Austin Cornerstone Church. Prior to planting the church in Austin, Texas in the Fall of 1994, Rick ministered as the Associate Pastor of the Cornerstone Church in San Antonio, Texas where he served with Pastor John Hagee for 19 years. Serious about being active in the community, Rick is involved with the American Red Cross, the San Antonio Day Hospital, and the Texas Department of Health Advisory Committee on HIV Risk Reduction, Prevention and Education. In addition to his pastoral duties, Rick currently serves as a chaplain with the Austin Police Department.
Beyond his community involvement, Pastor Rick is quite the athlete. Golf, racquetball, and extremely long bicycle rides are among his favorite pastimes. Pastor Yvette Garcia What do a Wookie, a pirate, and the Word of God have in common? Yvette. She has been known to come to church in costume to inspire the younglings in Sunday School because, “Aaarrrr. There be buried treasure in the Word of God.” Yvette serves as our Minister of Discipleship, and she is passionate about God’s people knowing and living the Word of God. The Word on fire, revival and revolution are her burning desires for the Kingdom of God. Yvette holds a Doctor of Ministry in Revival and Reform from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. Yvette proudly serves her demanding and spoiled cat, Pascal. Yvette seriously abhors: onions Other things that float her boat: Books, science fiction (especially “Star Trek” and “Firefly”), books, the Miami Dolphins, the San Antonio Spurs, oh, and books.
Spanish Pastor Juan Garcia and Andrea Garcia We know him as the Harley riding Spanish Pastor. Johnny has the heart of a servant, and Andrea is passionate about prayer. They serve hand in hand as they long to see God move among the Spanish speaking people in Austin. Whether he is preaching in the jail ministry, cooking up some mean barbecue, playing golf, or riding his motorcycle, Johnny is serious about souls and the Kingdom of God. Pastor Johnny is the founder and owner of Texas Frame and Collision.
Associating Minister Chris Penson and Charlotte Penson Chris serves as our Minister to Children. You can find Chris playing basketball with kids, preaching at the jail, ministering to children, or programming software. This multi-talented man loves God and the people of God.
Chris and Charlotte have two sons, CJ and Cory.
